Il marchio Heroquest25 è stato ritenuto troppo simile al marchio Heroquest e inoltre non è stata accettata la descrizione (fatta da DIonisio) del prodotto come "libro o manuale" ................................... o forse vuole veramente consegnarci un libro?????

Esatto, la frase riguardo al libro era riferita a chi detiene attuamente il marchio HEROQUEST

la prima frase si riferisce a chi ha fatto la richiesta di registrazione del marchio. La seconda si riferisce a chi detiene attualmente un marchio il cui nome è troppo simile, e che questo marchio è attualmente registrato e valido.


Comunque non è una novità. E' quello che era successo a marzo, e Dionisio ha 6 mesi di tempo (dal 18 marzo) per rispondere alle osservazioni ricevute.

11.3% RETURN (276 votes) did not want to participate more in the project and want to return the money, either voluntarily or through a demand.

In the case of not agree to make such audit, we will proceed to make a complaint to Gamezone with the patrons who wish to join (the expenditure would assume Lanzanos) to force the delivery of the product or return-pay.

The audit will be similar to:
