Potrebbe essere... infatti vedo anche su kickstarter e Fb che tanti chiedono su come mai hanno notifica per un giorno passato e non hanno ricevuto niente....

Pure io preferisco la box art delle copie retail.
Vero che l'occhio in primo piano richiama l'iconica schermata del titolo "originale" ma, fatta così, la box art esclusiva non mi ha mai convinto.

Hey survivors,

Before getting into the shipping update, some information first on how the pledges are parcelled as we've seen some queries around this:

• If you backed for a Bravo Pledge only, you'll receive everything in a single parcel marked as SFRE1-PA1
• If you backed for an Alpha Pledge only, you'll receive everything in a single parcel marked as SFRE1-PA2
• And if you backed for an Alpha Pledge plus the Gold Tyrant and Fallen Five, you'll receive everything in a single parcel marked as SFRE1-PA3 (although a small amount of backers will receive SFRE1-PA2 with the additional items included).

If your pledge had any other combination of items, then you'll receive one of those three parcels depending on whether you have a Bravo or an Alpha Pledge, and your other items will be sent separately.

This may mean you receive one parcel earlier than the other. Don't worry if this happens, the rest of your pledge will be on the way to you. If you still haven't received the rest of your items after 7 days, then contact our customer support.

Shipping Update​

Here's the current status at each of the hubs:

Asia: The last parcels have just been shipped out and all backers in this region have had tracking information email to them via Gamefound. We've also updated the Gamefound status to 'Completed' for Asian backers.

Canada: The pledges have cleared customs and we expect them to arrive at the hub any day now. We'll let you know once shipping begins.

US: These have also cleared customs and are due to arrive at the hub soon. We'll let you know once shipping begins.

Australia: The pledges are now at the hub and shipping has just gotten underway.

EU: There is no change from the last update. The pledges have arrived in Europe but they will not begin shipping until early in September. Tracking information has been sent out to backers but this is just because the hub has generated the shipping labels.

UK: The pledges arrived at the hub this week and shipping is underway. UK pledges are being sent via DPD and can be tracked on the DPD website/app. Non-EU European countries and Israel are also shipped from the UK hub. These are being sent via DHL and Parcelforce Global.

If your pledge is being shipped from the UK hub and you have any shipping-related customer support queries, please contact the hub directly on fulfilmentsupport@spiralgalaxygames.co.uk rather than Steamforged Games support.
