un interessante post su BGG, con un pò di gossip...
First of all, let me apologize for my low participation here at the moment.
I am overwhelmed and I have little time to intervene because I am working hard on my game
Ticket Gagnant: I set up my publishing company
BOUVIER international to publish it alone because publishers are reluctant on certain themes, here horse racing!
For 2 weeks I've been testing the BGA version of the game and I've been reporting all the errors, there were still some this evening on the score calculation. I also call on the
alpha BGA testers ...
Moreover I ordered the manufacturing of my game (in Poland) and since 1 week we exchange files, make corrections ... we still have words and commas to improve in the rule which will be given to the printer on Friday.
Finally I worked a lot on
my new website, including Rallyman
BUT I am working on Rallyman ...
We got the name of the liquidator only 3 days ago. A publisher has made a takeover proposal to the liquidator of HGG. And with this publisher we signed a contract, a few days after the bankruptcy: but all this will start only when the liquidator will have given his green light.
I exchange a lot with this publisher who is very conscious of the KS problem: he has the will to do things right and knows very well that he buys trouble before buying a license! He is often in contact with the former managers of HGG.
This publisher is very motivated by Rallyman and has ambitions for animation.
I knew the bankruptcy was coming a week before you did, and I was still talking to the team a few days before: that is, I was sending my rules and improvements on Rallyman: 24, which was planned for the end of 2023. It was a shock for me.
Finally, you should know that I never got my DIRT game, nor the extensions, nor a part of my rights with which I thought to finance my Winning Ticket project ... but for the moment it is a great feeling of helplessness.

I've originally posted some of this comment under the HGG is shutting down thread but thought it might be good for more folks to see. I feel terrible for the designer (Jean-Christophe Bouvier) that this to happened to his game. All those uncountable hours of work to try
