Solo Space Marine Skirmishing​

Encounter Deck One​

This project is for the PDF and printed Solo Space Marine Skirmishing rules booklet. although the game was written as a solo game it can be played with more than one player.

In solo mode, there are d6 tables for each enemy unit's actions, making them act independently. When played in two player mode one side can control the marines and the other player the alien forces. As a group you can each control one or more marines in the team and use the dice tables to control the aliens.

The game comprises:

• A simple character creation process to create your team of marines.
• Combat system to play out each skirmish
• 52 skirmish scenarios, each of which contains random elements so they can be replayed many times and run differently each time.
• Random map generation tools for rural, urban, and cave maps.
• Random enemy force generators and random behavior tables.

The game uses 52 base scenarios that are mapped to a regular deck of cards. You draw 12 cards and those become the encounters you much overcome. Defeat all 12 and you win the game.
