Twilight Imperium (first edition): War/Peace chart and markers

This Acrobat PDF document includes the War & Peace Chart and markers, for players using the Borderlands expansion optional rule about war declarations. At the beginning of the game, everyone is at war with others (WAR is already printed on the chart), then you may use PEACE counters to change the situation as needed in the course of the game.
